Salov’s entire production chain undergoes constant and rigorous quality control, aiming to achieve and maintain all appropriate quality and legislative standards.

All olives are cold pressed within 24-48 hours to prevent them from being affected by the passage of time and a series of further processes, such as sampling and tasting at each stage, ensure the consistent excellence of the product.

To ensure that the excellence of our products remains constant and unfaltering, we subject them all to rigorous quality tests at every stage of the production process.

In addition to our own internal procedures, we use SGS and other reputable auditing bodies to certify that our quality standards are the best, higher than those required by law. Finally, alongside multiple food and occupational safety certificates, we also boast a certification of environmental sustainability for our ‘Berio Method’ farming practices.
