From the post-purchase analysis of the oil that arrives at the plant, to approval of the batch ordered, which is stored in tanks distinguished by the origin and organoleptic characteristics of the product.
From selecting the oils for the blending process, to blending them to create a finished product with a unique and distinctive taste. The resulting blend is then subjected to further sensory analysis by a panel test consisting of expert tasters who assess and certify the organoleptic characteristics of the blend.
Filtering the blend using natural products, in accordance with the principles of sustainability and environmental protection, to bottling in different formats and types of packaging, guarantees the organoleptic profile of the product created by the Master Blender. Following a strict sampling plan, the finished product is also subjected to quality controls by an external panel as a further guarantee of the flavour and value of our oils.
